Buku Amalan Terbaik dalam Pendidikan Khas dan Inklusif ialah koleksi artikel amalan terbaik yang ditulis oleh guru-guru pendidikan khas dan inklusif berdasarkan pengalaman luas guru bersama Murid Berkeperluan Pendidikan Khas (MBPK) semasa proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran di dalam atau di luar bilik darjah. Penerbitan buku ini diharap dapat menjadi motivasi kepada semua guru pendidikan khas dan inklusif untuk terus membudayakan perkongsian ilmu melalui penulisan, serta mengadaptasi amalan terbaik dalam bilik darjah untuk manfaat MBPK secara keseluruhannya. SEAMEO SEN percaya buku ini dapat berfungsi sebagai sumber rujukan untuk amalan terbaik bagi menggalakkan pembelajaran inklusif untuk MBPK. Adalah diharapkan selain guru, pihak lain seperti ibu bapa juga dapat memanfaatkan amalan terbaik ini untuk anak-anak mereka. Artikel yang diterbitkan ditulis dalam dwi bahasa iaitu Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa Inggeris. Kandungan editorial adalah hak milik SEAMEO SEN manakala penulis memiliki hak cipta untuk artikel yang ditulis oleh mereka. Semua artikel yang dihantar telah dinilai oleh panel penilai yang dilantik.
