The 4th International Conference on Special Education 2021 (ICSE 2021) was held from 25th to 26th September 2021 virtually due to the restrictions on movement imposed by international governments following the Covid-19 pandemic. The conference provided a unique opportunity for government, academic institutions and non-profit organizations in the area of Disability-Inclusive Education to discuss and exchange ideas. Participants included educators, researchers, postgraduate students, policy makers, stakeholders and communities from SEAMEO member countries as well as internationally. The conference sessions were in the forms of lectures, presentations and exhibitions focusing on Disability-Inclusive Education. Highlights included field-expert keynote speeches, plenary sessions, roundtable discussions and resolutions on important current issues in this region. This forth conference featured the theme “Inclusion: A New Curve” and was supported by 16 sub-themes including seven (7) knowledge sharing sessions. Inclusive education was chosen to be the focus of the conference echoing UNESCO’s agenda on “Education For All”. ICSE 2021 envisioned to be the exchange platform on education development and research-based practices in achieving the SGD4 agenda. A total of 68 full papers were accepted by the reviewing committee and were published in this proceeding. The conference successfully recorded 1,719 attendees including presenters, participants and 10 exhibitors from over 27 countries. The organizer was extremely honoured to have H.E. Datin Sri Hajah Noor Zamani Abdol Hamid, Director General of Education Malaysia officiating the conference.
